Nut Tree Park Development
Vacaville
Description
The council approved an exclusive negotiating rights agreement letting this local group spend money studying a youth sports complex on city land — not an approval of any actual project, which would need full entitlements later.
Impact summary
A sports complex here could add fields, traffic, and activity near Browns Valley; residents and the county flagged airport safety-zone concerns that will be studied.
